Shipping and Order Processing Policy

Bath & Body Products:

House of Ephesians values product quality, which is why our Bath & Body products are made to order.

*Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.


*Please note: House of Ephesians does not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Friday (8am-5pm PST).


~House of Ephesians will begin processing all incoming weekend (Saturday & Sunday) orders beginning the first day of the following work week (Monday).


**Due to COVID it may take longer than normal to receive your package.


If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please email: SUBJECT: LATE PACKAGE.

Exchanges & Return Policy

Here at House of Ephesians, we value your happiness and customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to Ephesians Customer Care: We will do our best to fix the issue :)


Our policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of your item.


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be defective or damaged as we only exchange or refund defective or damaged items.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please email us with a picture and description of the defected item. IF approved, no need to go through the hassle of sending the item back :) We will ship out a replacement free of charge or issue a refund :) 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If for whatever reason you must return your item(s) to our facility, we strongly suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for item(s) over $50. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once customer care receives your email, we will carefully review your concern/request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days per your bank.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
